Legal downloads are obtained from links within the Havilah Investor software. Obtaining database updates from other sources is illegal and represent an infringement of copyright laws, subject to penalties as determined by US courts. Your login information is for you alone. Sharing of user names and/or passwords is strictly forbidden. PrivacyHavilah Enterprises, Inc. obtains names and email addresses from users or subscribers for the sole purpose of providing program and database updates and account servicing such as: recording transactions and identifying account balances, pay-as-you-go plans, updates, and notifying subscribers of account status and expiration dates. At no time does Havilah Enterprises Inc. collect personal credit card information. All credit card information is handled by PayPal, a card exchange company that provides the highest security and privacy protections.Havilah Enterprises, Inc. does not share your email accounts with any third party without stating explicitly, clearly and prominently that it will do so, and under what conditions.
